First, I would like to start by wishing a Happy Belated Mother's Day to all you moms out there. I hope you had a wonderful day and maybe relaxing too? I slept in but couldn't relax for long. I like to take the opportunity of Mother's Day to solicit help with yard work. My husband and my sons helped me with my landscaping out front which is a big help since I'm working on some rather big projects in a small space. I'm making real progress and hope to finish soon since I can hear the backyard calling my name now!!
Later, my husband fired up the grill for some delicious barbecue chicken, steak and salmon too! The salmon was stuffed with lobster and crab meat - YUM! A little white wine and I was grateful to kick back and relax again.
